At the first stage, the campus will have 11 apartments, with another 11 added in the second stage. Once the campus is fully completed, it will have a total of 30 apartments. This ensures the area will remain calm and uncrowded, maintaining a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere.

Timeshares are shared vacation properties where multiple parties own usage rights for specific periods. With Piece of Finland Oy, you’ll purchase a semi-fixed timeshare—meaning your week shifts forward each year, letting you experience different parts of the summer season. When your week reaches the end of the holiday season, it resets to the start the following year. Prefer flexibility? You can also request to switch weeks based on our event calendar, so you can attend the seminars or experiences that appeal to you.
Your Investment and Responsibilities
As a timeshare owner, you’ll have the option to purchase one or more weeks, or even multiple ownerships for the same week—perfect for larger families or groups of friends. Companies can also invest to offer employees or clients an unforgettable holiday in Finland. Your investment includes: - Maintenance Fee: Covers property upkeep, insurance, and taxes.* - Service Fee: Covers utilities, cleaning, and other services.* - Responsibility: You’ll be expected to keep the property in good condition during your stay and ensure that any guests follow the rules.** *The amount of the yearly fees will be determined by the annual General Meeting and will vary based on the size of the vacation apartment. ** The rules include restrictions on behavior, alcohol and other substances, violence and nudity.

- Rent Out Your Week: If you’re unable to use your week, we can assist in renting it out, providing potential income from your investment.* - Sell Your Ownership: Piece of Finland Oy retains the exclusive right to sell and, if necessary, re-sell timeshares. We are deeply committed to maintaining this vacation location as a faith-based community, and therefore, all timeshares are sold exclusively through Piece of Finland Oy.** *Further details regarding this matter will be provided prior to finalizing the investment agreement. **If you decide to sell your ownership, we will make every effort to support you and provide the best service possible. However, we also acknowledge the unpredictable nature of the world.
